Common pricing questions.
- Do you bill monthly or upfront?
- Monthly. We invoice on the 1st of each month for the engagement just completed. No annual lock-in. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Are international engagements priced differently?
- Yes. India clients pay in INR per the tiers above. North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia engagements are quoted in USD / EUR / GBP / AUD with rates roughly equivalent to INR×100 (i.e. ₹50K becomes ~$600, ₹1L becomes ~$1,200). Quoted on the discovery call.
- What if my needs span multiple tracks?
- Combine them. Most clients pick a Cloud + DevOps tier and a Web/App AMC tier. We'll bundle and discount 10–15% when two or more services are taken together.
- Can we start small and grow?
- That's the design. Most clients start at Bronze or Silver, then move up after 60–90 days once they see the impact. Tier upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What's not included?
- Cloud / hosting bills (paid directly by you to AWS / Azure / GCP). Third-party SaaS subscriptions (Datadog, Sentry, etc.). Hardware. Anything we don't quote upfront — we tell you before we spend.
- Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?
- Yes. We'll sign your NDA before the discovery call if you'd like. Standard MSA + SOW kicks in once we agree on scope. Indian and US/EU client templates both supported.
